We make every effort to satisfy the expectations of our patients but should you wish to complain about your treatment at Conservation Dental Centre please initially contact the practice manager in writing at or our postal address above. We will then contact you within two working days of receiving your complaint. Every effort will be made to respond fully to any complaints within 10 working days.
In the event that our response if unsatisfactory patients can make a complaint to the Dental Complaints Service at the GDC.
