Dr. Mehwish Matthias

Mehwish (Mev) is the principal and practice manager. She qualified from Queen Mary’s university in 2008 in dentistry with an honours, following that she has served a year in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery as a Senior House Officer at Queens Hospital and then gone on to taken on many courses which include certification in Botox/fillers, cosmetic orthodontics and most recently a MSc in dental implants from Bristol university in 2018.
She currently enjoys spending time with her young family, travelling, keeping active and most recently crochet!
Shayban Mubeen

Specialist in Endodontics
Shayban graduated from University of Birmingham in 2011. He then completed his foundation year with the West Midlands Deanery. In 2013 he obtained the diploma of Membership of Faculty of Dental Surgery awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons.
Shayban has worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery with the Mid-Essex Hospital Trust and subsequently in general dental practice. He then completed his Endodontic specialist training at the prestigious UCL Eastman Dental Institute achieving a distinction. In 2018 he obtained the Membership in Endodontics from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and was subsequently registered as a “Specialist in Endodontics” by the General Dental Council.
Currently, Shayban’s time is dedicated to private practice in providing endodontic treatment.
Edyta Trochimczuk

Edyta graduated from Medical University of Bialystok, Poland in 2001. She relocated to the UK in 2005, where she worked in private practice focusing on preventive care, non-invasive treatments and cosmetic dentistry.
From 2007 she has developed a special interest in orthodontics. She went through extensive training in comprehensive orthodontics and in Six Month Smile, which enables her to treat children and adults using various appliances (removable, fixed and clear aligners).
Edyta received her advanced cosmetic and implant training at The British Academy of Implant & Restorative Dentistry in Leeds. She is also a member of ITI (International Team for Implantology).
She is a recognised Lumineers provider, which gives the patient a beautiful smile whilst limiting the structural damage to the teeth.
With nearly 20 years of experience in general dental practice, she has worked in most fields of dentistry. She pays great attention to detail and increased precision to improve quality.
Edyta aims to provide high quality dental care in a friendly, informal and relaxed atmosphere.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, skiing and traveling.
Jonathan Lee

Jon has been a general dentist for over 10 years now. He qualified from the University of Leeds in 2013 and has dedicated the last 4 years exclusively to private dentistry. He offers a friendly approachable personality whereby patients can feel at ease and develop a long-term patient-dentist relationship. Jon enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has a particular interest in Oral surgery and dental implants which he is actively developing at the moment.
Outside of work he loves spending time with his young family and socialising with both family and friends.
Molly Tonge

Molly is our Dental Hygienist who qualified in September 2018. Since then she has undertaken a degree in Oral Health Science which she completed in December 2019 to become a qualified Dental Therapist, enabling her to provide a wider range of skills, and qualitied service to patients helping them achieve a healthy smile.
Molly is extremely passionate about dental hygiene and the importance of disease prevention. She enjoys talking to patients and setting treatments plans, treating anxious patients and helping them alleviate their fears about attending. She feels great satisfaction seeing them return for further appointments.
Outside of work she enjoys keeping fit and healthy as well as spending time with family and friends.
Atiksha Patel

Atiksha is our head receptionist and dental nurse. She started her career in dental nursing in 2007, she went on to successfully qualify with the NEBDN in 2011 and since then, has gained valuable experience in all aspects of dentistry.
She is very passionate about her profession and very enthusiastic in developing her skills further in all specialist areas of dentistry, in particular endodontics.
Out of work she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and travelling.
Karen Rand

Karen is our senior dental nurse with over 30 years experience. She still has a passion for her job and enjoys continually developing new skills with the increasing technology.
She loves spending time with her family/dog, reading and travelling in her spare time.
Oliwia Piorkowska
Oliwia is our newest and youngest recruit. She is currently in the process of completing her dental nursing apprenticeship training with the Harriet Ellis Training Academy. She is enjoying all aspects of the training at the moment and cannot wait to be fully qualified.
She enjoys watching horror movies, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
